While working at the lead Product (UI, UX) Designer at the startup, ParagraphAI, I realized there was an opportunity to optimize the mobile experience. ParagraphAI provides a GPT-powered, writing software to students, administration, and professionals to help them optimize their writing experience. This goal of this project was to drive subscription sales and increase product engagement, ultimately leading to business growth and success.
This problem statement guided me as I worked independently to develop this launched mobile keyboard project. I used current user analytics and personas to develop an innovative, elegant solution to help existing and future users be able to more easily use ParagraphAI’s features on-the-go.

Throughout the project, I had to navigate around obstacles in order to solve for the main user and business problem. Not only was this my first time working on developing a keyboard UX/UI design, but I had to have a fast turn-around rate since I was working at a startup in a cutting-edge industry. My process involved reviewing user behavior metrics, user personas, analogous products, and meeting with engineers, designers, and lead business professionals within the organization.
As a result, I constructed an innovative keyboard design that was simple and intuitive for users to use and paved the way for customer and business growth. It was quickly adopted by users and became the leading marketing concept for Paragraph AI’s mobile app. My keyboard design allowed for increased engagement and future design opportunities.
